What are Hero Points?
Hero Points are a special reward for a job well done, and they’re delivered through Swag. They can be awarded by your employer, or you can earn them directly through the app. They appear in the ‘Benefits’ section of your Swag app, and can be spent in the Benefits store.
Your employer can award you Hero Points for work milestones, achieving goals, birthdays and much more. You can also earn Hero Points by completing challenges within the Swag app.
Here’s what you could do with 2,000 Hero Points:

The items in the Swag Benefits store are usually already discounted, and you can cut the cost even further by using your Hero Points towards purchasing them.

🎟️Discounted movie tickets: 874 Hero Points gets you 2x Adult movie tickets.
📱Electronics: There are a bunch of options in the Swag store – everything from drones to cameras and keyboards. You could get a Google Chromecast for 1,936 Hero Points, or level-up with a new Sonos for 6,889 Hero Points!

Convert Hero Points into cash
Looking for a way to spend your Hero Points but don’t need anything in the Swag Store? You can now convert your Hero Points into cold hard cash with a Swag Spend account and Visa Debit card. Use them on coffee, groceries, bus fares – whatever you like. Head here to see how it works.
You can also use Hero Points in conjunction with other payment methods, like debit or credit cards or InstaPay. But unlike credit or debit cards, Hero Points have no credit card fees, so you’re paying less again.
How can I get Hero Points?
Some employers use Hero Points as part of their reward and recognition processes.
They can reward you for kicking goals, birthday bonuses, or work anniversaries.
Head to the Benefits section of the Swag app to see if there are already Hero Points in your account. The balance will be shown on the top right hand side of the Benefits homescreen.
